Donations Request

Thank you for your interest in Big Sky Resort!

The donation request process for Big Sky Resort begins with submitting your fundraising event information in our online form.

All organizations eligible for a Big Sky Resort in-kind donation must adhere to the following criteria:

  The receiving organization must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) classification
  Requests must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the fundraising event. 
  All fields must be fully completed in order to be considered.

A message regarding our decision to grant or decline the donation request will be distributed via email within four weeks of submission.

After consideration of your request, Big Sky Resort will issue a signed complimentary certificate to be mailed to the address given below. DO NOT REPRODUCE this gift certificate for any reason as only the original signed certificate will be honored at time of use.

IF ALL FIELDS BELOW ARE NOT FILLED OUT ENTIRELY OR IF YOUR EVENT DOES NOT FALL WITHIN OUR CRITERIA SPECIFIED ABOVE, YOUR DONATION REQUEST WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST.
