Breakfast at Carabiner Lounge: A Photo Essay
Breakfast fireside at the Carabiner Lounge is the European ski chalet feeling I've been looking for in Montana. Simple ingredients, precise pairing and a touch of coffee woke up my taste buds to new unique flavors.
After dozens of lunch and dinner meals at the Carabiner, I finally ventured in for breakfast. Not only is breakfast the most important meal of the day, but, at the Carabiner, it's my favorite. That said, I'm going to keep it simple. On the lighter side try the Yogurt and Granola ($7). Made with a touch of mint and cinnamon, the yogurt and granola with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries is heavenly. On the other side the Eggs Benedict ($13) is simple and sophisticated. Made slightly differently each day, the Eggs Benedict comes with the traditional English muffin and hollandaise sauce, but some days with bacon others with ham and perhaps even a salmon finds its way into the mix. Served with a side of hashbrowns, there's no going wrong with this choice. So carpe diem by starting your day off right at the Carabiner Lounge.

Yogurt and Granola and Eggs Benedict are always my breakfast go-tos, but the 3-egg white omelet with spinach, tomato, mushroom and cheddar is fluffy perfection.
The oatmeal is the perfect fireside comfort food.
