CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC, in partnership with Boyne Resorts, has entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement with a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. to acquire the assets of Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana.
