Snow Report for Sunday, March 29th
39" Mid Mountain / 59" Upper Mountain
Packed Powder / Machine Groomed
Good Morning Everyone,
The weekend is almost gone. Come have some fun under the sun at Big Sky Resort. The sun will be out shining all day today! A weak cold front that is passing by should keep the runs crisp and skiing nice for the day. Check out the Subaru WinterFest, happening in the Mountain Village base area!
The forecast for today is sunny skies. The expected hi for the afternoon is around 44F. Currently it is 19 at lobo and 12 on the summit. Winds are blowing from the west at 15-25mph, they should die down by the afternoon breezing at times from the northwest at 5-10mph. The mid-mountain is holding a 39” base and the upper mountain is holding a 59” base.
It is already Sunday. Be sure to have some fun before the weekend is gone! The snow cats should have laid down some nice corduroy to carve away on. The cool temps should keep the parks nice and crisp to stomp down some tricks with friends. If winter is chomping at your toes grab a pal and head to the upper mountain. The winds may have recycled some remaining powder to the ridge tops. Have as much fun as possible and enjoy the day.
Please ski with caution, be aware of where you are skiing or riding and what you are doing. We care about your safety and want you to have the best experience ever here at Big Sky Resort. Know the code!
