Embark on a culinary journey curated by Executive Chef Henry Mills, showcasing locally sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. Each course will be paired by Sommelier Trevor Holland, with selections from the award-winning Everett’s 8800 cellar, celebrated by Wine Spectator with an “Award of Excellence.”
