Born in the South and raised by the traditions of French cuisine, Nathan seamlessly blends the richness of his Southern heritage with the precision of French technique. His cooking style honors local ingredients while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every dish he creates tells a story of connection and craftsmanship.

Chef Youssif El-Rakabawy

Chef Youssif El-Rakabawy is a culinary professional with a diverse heritage and a rich culinary journey. Born in Texas to a father from Alexandria, Egypt, and a mother from Illinois, Youssif was raised in the vibrant culinary landscape of San Diego, California. Youssif’s culinary path has taken him across the United States, from San Diego to Oahu and now Big Sky, Montana. Here, he brings together his extensive experience, multicultural heritage, and dedication to culinary excellence to create unforgettable dining experiences. Known for his leadership and innovative approach to cuisine, Chef Youssif continues to inspire through his ability to merge diverse flavors with meticulous technique.

Peter Molnar

Co-founder, Obsidian Wine

Peter began his adventures in wine as a teenager, suckering and tying vines and driving irrigation tractors during summers in the vineyard where his father grew grapes for Napa Valley wineries. He moved to Budapest, Hungary, in 1990, working in the World Bank and USAID programs to privatize the country's wine industry after the fall of communism. After years of building wineries in Hungary in partnership with Kádár Hungary, the Molnar Family discovered an abandoned walnut orchard on the volcanic slopes of the Mayacamas Mountains of Lake County, California in 1998. After planting in 1999 and 2000, they debuted their first Obsidian Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon in 2002 and their first Poseidon Vineyard Chardonnay the following year.

Savor favorite Kellie Martin has been creating and leading top-rated wine education since 2013. She is a Certified Sommelier (CS), a Certified Specialist in Wine (CSW), and a Certified Specialist in Spirits (CSS). Taking a beautifully complex topic like wine and making it easily understandable and enjoyable is her passion. Kellie founded SommSchool, which specializes in dynamic virtual team building and client appreciation events, fun and interactive virtual wine classes, and wine retreats abroad.

David Goewey DuBou

Director of Sales & Education, Indigenous Selections

Over the last 25 years, David has traveled much of the world studying and collaborating with iconic winemakers and Master Sommeliers. Today, as the Director of Sales and Education for Indigenous Selections, David’s focus and passion is Italy. Indigenous Selections is a family of exceptional Italian producers who are, first and foremost, great farmers. Each producer firmly believes that great wines are grown, not made.

Margaux Lemma

National Sales Manager, Purple Hands Winery

Margaux comes from a family of wine lovers - her great-great-grandfather owned the 5th bonded winery in Oregon (Lemma Wines), and her grandfather, father, and uncle founded a fine wine distributor, Lemma Wine Company, in 1973. Her love of wine started with her first sip of a First Growth Bordeaux and it was a trip to Italy in 2006 that cemented that love. In 2007, she met Cody Wright during a ride-with, and as his first distributor, she's had the honor of working with Purple Hands Winery since their 2006 vintage.
