Message to Guests
We look forward to safely welcoming guests back to Big Sky Resort to golf, hike, ride, and play in our beautiful summer playground. We ask that all our guests continue to follow social distancing practices.
- Stay home if you are sick
- Wash your hands often
- Avoid close contact
- Please bring your own cloth face cover and wear it when you cannot maintain 6' of social distance
- If possible, purchase products and activities online prior to arrival and use cashless forms of payment when in-resort
- We encourage all our guests to review travel guidance from their local health authorities as well as the state of Montana before booking a trip to Big Sky. Learn more about travel to Montana at covid19.mt.gov. For more about safety policies at Big Sky Resort, visit our Safety Practices page.
Reopening our resort has an impact on the greater Big Sky community. Our leadership has been working closely with area groups, clubs, and officials. State and county criteria will be used as a minimum standard during our reopening.
We have many third party businesses who operate within the resort footprint. They are a valuable part of our experience and we continue to speak with them regularly and share best practices for re-opening.
Team Members will sign a back to work pledge and participate in daily health screenings, and contact tracing documentation. Each team member will sign off on a job hazard analysis specific to their position and will include risks to Covid-19 exposure in the workplace. Alternate work plans including telework, work groups, and staggered schedules are in use as appropriate. Mitigation efforts are in place to minimize team member interaction with guests when appropriate. Covid-19 specific protocols are part of team member education. We will provide adequate PPE for team members. We plan to have only one non-related team member per room in our employee housing.
Contractors and Third Party Outlets
Contractors and Third Party Outlets will develop and follow appropriate social distancing and mitigation practices.
