- Pool & Hot TubOpen 7 am - 10 pm. Located on the second floor. Access with your room key.
- Fitness CenterOpen 24 hours. Located on the second floor. Facilities include weights, multi-use weight station, row machine, treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, & Peloton. Access with your room key.
- Bell & TransportationBell services are available to assist with luggage and valet. Local transportation is offered when available—dial 5805 on the in-room phone or call(406) 995-5805
- HousekeepingHousekeeping service is offered twice daily. We will deliver fresh towels, make beds, replenish amenities, and remove trash and recycling. Contact the front desk for additional services.
- Turndown ServiceOur Housekeeping department will turndown your bed, set lighting, and offer complementary chocolates.
- Ice & Vending MachinesIce and beverage vending machines are located to the right as you exit the elevators on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The 4th floor has an additional ice machine located in the far right corner of the hallway next to the laundry facility.
- LaundryComplimentary laundry machines are located on the fourth floor.
Check-in is at 5 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested at the front desk.
The Huntley Lodge and Explorer parking lots are plowed on alternating Tuesdays throughout the season. Guests are responsible for moving their vehicles by 6 AM on plow days. Any remaining vehicles could be towed. Please see the dates below for plow schedules.
We recommend moving your vehicle to either the Lone Peak lot or alternate lot that is not being plowed that week. Guests with overnight parking permits can park in either lot overnight. Valet is also available for $15 per night for all registered hotel guests in the Village Center, Huntley Lodge, and Shoshone Condominium Hotel.
Big Sky Resort is not responsible for any vehicle damages that may occur in our lots at any time.

Childcare
The concierge can help you locate a qualified, independent childcare provider.
The resort also has the Lone Peak Playhouse , an independently operated childcare facility that can coordinate childcare with ski school lessons. Your child can ski for half a day and play inside the other half! The Lone Peak Playhouse operates in the winter season only.
Computer Services
Huntley Lodge offers laptop and printer capabilities at the Firehole Lounge.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted in the Village Center.
Shipping & Mail
U.S. postage drops are available at the Front Desk. Postal service picks up at 11 AM, Monday through Friday. Big Sky Resort is pleased to work with Ship Skis for all your ski and golf club shipping needs. Use the computers in the Huntley Lodge lobby to create shipping labels. Once your package is ready to go, drop it off at the Front Desk or contact a Bellman. UPS and FedEx can be arranged if you provide your own label.
Starting summer 2025, breakfast is not included in stays in select properties, where many rooms include kitchens, to give our guests more flexibility. Guests wishing to join us for breakfast may do so in the Huntley Dining Room.

Fire Emergency Procedure
In the event of a fire emergency, please follow the evacuation plan posted on the back of your room door. The evacuation meeting location for all Village Center guests is in the Talus Room of the Summit Hotel.
Our hotels are equipped with state-of-the-art fire suppression and warning systems. Trained professionals monitor the control panels for these systems 24 hours a day. If there is a fire emergency in your room, evacuate it and notify the Front Desk. If you have any questions regarding fire emergency procedures, please contact Security by dialing 5827.
Power Outage Procedure
If you should experience a power failure, please call the Front Desk. The resort owns and operates backup generators, and lighting will be sufficient in the hallways and stairways if the building must be evacuated. If you have any questions or concerns regarding power outages, please contact Security at ext. 5827.
