Travel Protection

Book your lodging with peace of mind. Travel Protection allows you to cancel your reservation without incurring our cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your stay, we will attempt to re-book you for a date that works, or we will issue a credit for you to use towards a new reservation within a year.  

Travel Protection can be purchased for 9% of your total lodging reservation cost. Travel Protection must be purchased at the time of booking and is not available for reservations booked within 10 days of arrival. 

• Individual Travel Protection plans must be purchased for each reservation, even if they are booked under one person or transaction.
• Not valid for reservation date changes. The entire reservation must be cancelled.
• Cancellations must be made before 5 PM on the day of arrival.
• Travel Protection is not a refund.
• Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the original reservation.
