Youth Local Programs

  • Our Youth Local programing is designed for the young skiers of the extended community

Our Youth Local Programing is designed for the young skiers of the extended community and are offered out of both the Mountain Village and Madison Base. These programs have a twenty-plus year history with a focus on fun, camaraderie, and safety while learning more about the mountain experience.

Lift tickets are required during lessons. Children 6 and under always ski free.  Students 7 and older need to purchase a lift ticket in addition to the lesson.

If your child or youth are not familiar with riding a chair lift, please be sure to read the NSAA's Kid Safety page, Kids on Lifts. Children 4-6 may ride a chair lift with an instructor or an adult volunteer, additionally, children 7 and older may ride a chair lift alone or with another child. Not all chair lifts have lap bars.

First session is January 4/5, 2020 - February 8/9, 2020. Second session is February 22/23, 2020 - March 28/29, 2020. Book by December 13, 2019 for the best rate.
