Spa Guest Information & FAQs

Your comfort and ease are important to receiving the greatest benefits from your resort spa experience. Please familiarize yourself with the following Spa Guidelines to make your spa experience relaxing and soothing, and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.

At the time of your reservation, please inform the Spa Front Desk Agent of the following:

  • Allergies or medical conditions including pregnancy
  • If you are pregnant (spa services offered after 13 weeks)
  • If you have a gender preference for your Service Provider
  • If you have a request for a specific Service Provider
  • If you are celebrating any special occasions

You must provide a valid credit card number with the expiration date at the time of booking. 

  • We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time for you to complete paperwork, change into your robe and start relaxing before your services. Guests wishing to shower or use the Shoshone Health Club should allow additional time. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed, and the full value of your treatment will be charged.

    Shoshone Health Club has a heated indoor hot tub that swims out to an outdoor pool, and workout equipment.

  • Unless you are leaving the spa to go out for the evening; wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Lockers, plush robes, sandals, towels, amenities, and hair dryers are provided. We cannot be responsible for any personal items and/or valuables brought into the spa or left in your locker. We strongly recommend leaving your valuables at home or in your guest room.

    • Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
    • Shaving is recommended, but not necessary for men prior to a facial.
    • Disrobe to your comfort level. Traditionally, most resort spa services are performed wearing no clothing. All of our service providers are trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.

    Your spa experience is your time, if you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please share with your therapist immediately.

  • We encourage our younger guests to experience the spa services within a few guidelines. We require Parental Consent prior to any spa services for all guests under the age of 18. A parent or legal guardian must sign off on their waiver. The Spa provides massage and body treatments to guests as young as 16 and facials to guests as young as 12.

  • To protect the privacy of our guests and to preserve the guest experience, use of cell phones, electronic devices and cameras are prohibited in the spa. Cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off.

  • Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or alcohol into the spa. A guest appearing intoxicated will be denied access to the spa.

  • We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your resort room.

  • For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be added to each spa service. This includes gratuities disbursed to the spa staff members who serve you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Prices and services are subject to change.

  • If you must cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please notify the spa at least twenty-four hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full value of your service.

  • Returns and Exchanges are only eligible for unused items in the original packaging with tags. Gift cards are not returnable.
