For any and all third-party and commercial photo and/or video shoots seeking to capture content on Big Sky Resort property, express permission and approval must be obtained by Big Sky Resort in advance.

This includes any recording of images by film, still photography, or any other type of image or audio recording equipment on Big Sky Resort property that involves the advertisement of a product or service, the use of actors, models, sets, or props, or media capture for distribution.

Big Sky Resort does not permit access to any Big Sky Resort property outside of public operating hours without express permission and approval. All trail closures must be respected and observed, as determined by Big Sky Resort operations.

Big Sky Resort reserves the right to decline any requests of this nature. To obtain permission for third-party and commercial shoots on Big Sky Resort property, proof of insurance and liability is required.
