Please contact your Front Desk the morning of departure to request a late check-out. A late check-out fee will be charged for unauthorized check-outs after 11 AM. An additional late check-out fee will be charged for check-outs after 3 PM.

Please check with reservations (ext. 5750) or the Front Desk should you wish to stay additional nights.

Housekeeping service is offered daily for Signature Unit stays and every fourth day of a stay six nights or longer for non-Signature Units.

Our housekeeping department will deliver fresh towels, make beds, place dishes in the dishwasher, and remove the trash. Contact the Front Desk to arrange for additional services, such as air mattresses & cribs.

ATMs are located on the main level of The Exchange in the Hungry Moose, the 2nd-floor terrace level of Summit Hotel, and the lower lobby of Huntley Lodge.

Fitness center is located on the basement level of the Huntley Lodge. Facilities include weight training, stair climber, treadmill, bicycle, TV & sauna. Access with Huntley room/pool key. Access exclusive to Huntley Lodge and Vacation Rental guests.

Shipping & Mail

U.S. postage drop available at the Front Desk. Postal service picks up at 11 AM, Monday-Friday. Big Sky Resort is pleased to work with Ship Skis for all your ski and golf club shipping needs. Use computers in the Huntley Lodge lobby to create shipping labels. Once your package is ready to go, drop it off at the Front Desk or contact a Bellmen. UPS and FedEx can be arranged if you provide your own label.

Internet Access

Free wireless access is available in all lodging properties. Wireless access information can be found in your arrival packet.

Laundry / Dry Cleaning

Guest laundry facilities are located in the basement of the Huntley Lodge. Laundry machines are complementary to guests.
