Vision for the future

OF BIG SKY RESORT

Big Sky 2025 is an ambitious 10-year vision transforming the Big Sky experience from the moment you touch ground in Montana to the top of Lone Peak.

Construction Complete: Madison 8

Big Sky Resort unveiled the world's longest 8-place chairlift with the Madison 8 chairlift, furthering the resort’s position as the home of North America’s most technologically advanced lift infrastructure.

Madison 8 replaces the former Six Shooter lift on the resort's Moonlight Basin side. This installation makes Big Sky Resort the only North American ski destination with three bubble D-line lifts and two eight-place lifts.
