The Report

Good morning Skiers and Snowboarders, this is Mario with your Big Sky snow report for Wednesday, January 27th, 2021. We've had a string of beautiful, calm sunny days here on Lone Mountain, but it seems that is going to change today. Winds have started to pickup overnight, and they're expected to blow pretty heavily all day.

It's going to be another chilly one out there with temperatures ranging between 12°F and 24°F under mostly cloudy skies. Winds are expected to come out of the South with gusts up to 30mph at lower elevations. We are already seeing gusts at 60mph at summit. Make sure to bundle up because we are looking at possible wind-chill of -10°F.

Expect some windgrooming in The Bowl today. With the next system moving in we are looking at a chance of snow tonight, and the next few days. We've certainly enjoyed our Bluebird's, but we are ready for more snow. As always remember to stay safe, mask up, and have fun out there.

**Please ski & ride with caution and be aware of unmarked obstacles. As always be respectful and courteous of others; remember to mask up, be safe and have fun.
