Please contact the Front Desk (ext. 5800) the morning of departure to request a late check-out. A late check-out fee will be charged for unauthorized check-outs after 11 AM. An additional late check-out fee will be charged for check-outs after 3 PM.

Please check with reservations (ext. 5750) or the Front Desk should you wish to stay additional nights.

Housekeeping service is offered daily.

Our housekeeping department will deliver fresh towels, make beds, replenish amenities, and remove trash and recycling. Contact the Front Desk (ext. 5800) to arrange for additional services, such as rollaways and pack-and-plays.

Lone Peak Playhouse is an independently operated childcare facility that can coordinate childcare with ski school lessons. Your child can ski half a day and play inside the other half! The Lone Peak Playhouse operates in the winter season only.

Huntley Lodge offers laptop and printer capabilities at the Firehole Lounge.

Dogs

Dogs are permitted in select rooms at the Huntley Lodge year-round. Dog beds are available upon request; please call ext. 5555 for additional information.

Fitness & Pool

Is located on the basement level of the Huntley Lodge. Facilities include weight training, Peloton, Elliptical, Treadmill, and TV. Access with Huntley room/pool key. Access exclusive to Huntley Lodge and Vacation Rental guests.

Shipping & Mail

U.S. postage drop available at the Front Desk. Postal service picks up at 11 AM, Monday-Friday. Big Sky Resort is pleased to work with Ship Skis for all your ski and golf club shipping needs. Use computers in the Huntley Lodge lobby to create shipping labels. Once your package is ready to go, drop it off at the Front Desk or contact a Bellmen. UPS and FedEx can be arranged if you provide your own label.

Internet Access

Free wireless access is available in all lodging properties. Wireless access details can be found in your arrival packet.

Ice and Vending

Vending and ice are located on each floor to the left as you exit the elevators. Beverage vending machines and microwaves are located on each floor. Food vending is on the first floor only.

Laundry / Dry Cleaning

Guest laundry facilities are located in the basement of the Huntley Lodge near the Huntley Health Club. Laundry machines and amenities are complementary to guests.

Fire Emergency Procedure 

In the event of a fire emergency, please follow the evacuation plan posted on the back of your room door. 

The Huntley Lodge is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire suppression and warning system. Trained professionals monitor the control panels for these systems 24 hours a day. If there is a fire emergency in your room, evacuate the room and notify the Front Desk. If you have any questions regarding fire emergency procedures, please contact Security by dialing 5827. 

Power Outage Procedure 

If you should experience a power failure, please call the Front Desk. The resort owns and operates backup generators, and lighting will be sufficient in the hallways and stairways if the building must be evacuated. If you have any questions or concerns regarding power outages, please contact Security at ext. 5827. 

We're delighted to offer a new streaming service with the in-room TV system. With this feature, you can enjoy streaming content from your personal devices directly to your in-room TV. Directions on how to connect are located on each TV.

Once connected, you can start streaming videos, movies, or music directly to your TV from your personal device.

Use your device as a remote control to pause, play, or change content.
