Big Sky Resort is a smoke-free campus. Out of respect for our guests’ health, all of our hotel rooms and vacation rental units are smoke-free as are all public areas, restaurants, bars, pools, lifts, and boarding areas. A fine of up to $250 will be assessed if guests are found to be smoking in their rooms.

Our housekeeping department will deliver fresh towels, make beds, replenish amenities, and remove trash and recycling. Contact the Front Desk (ext. 2333) to arrange for additional services, such as rollaways and pack-and-plays.

Fire Emergency Procedure
In the event of a fire emergency, please follow the evacuation plan posted on the back of your room door.
The Whitewater Inn is equipped with state-of-the-art fire suppression and warning systems. Trained professionals monitor the control panels for these systems 24 hours a day. If there is a fire emergency in your room, evacuate the room and notify the Front Desk. If you have any questions regarding fire emergency procedures, please contact Security by dialing 5827.
Power Outage Procedure
If you should experience a power failure, please call the Front Desk. The resort owns and operates backup generators, and lighting will be sufficient in the hallways and stairways if the building must be evacuated. If you have any questions or concerns regarding power outages, please contact Security at ext. 5827.
