Once you've booked your lodging, you will receive an email confirmation with all the information you need to purchase your discounted lift tickets. For full instructions, see here.

The Huntley Lodge and Whitewater Inn include select dog-friendly rooms at Big Sky Resort. All other properties do not allow pets. See our pet policy page for more information.

With Travel Protection the lodging reservation cancellation fee is waived, and a credit will be issued that can be used toward a new booking with Big Sky Resort Central Reservations anytime in the following 12 months from the original reservation date.

Winter Cancellation Policy (November - April)
An advanced deposit of 20% of your total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel, half of your deposit is refundable 30 days or more prior to arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Summer Cancellation Policy (May - October)An advanced deposit of 20% of your total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel, half your deposit is non-refundable outside of 14 days to arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
Guests staying at the White Water Inn, cancelations outside of 72 hrs, half the deposit is non-refundable. Within 72 hrs 100% is non-refundable.
