As part of the continued effort to elevate the experience at the Summit Hotel, this summer the pool and locker area will undergo renovations to be complete for the 2024-25 winter season. These areas will be closed for the duration of the summer. Due to the impact, Summit Hotel guests will have access to the Huntley Lodge pool & fitness facilities during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.

Winter Cancellation Policy (November - April)
An advanced deposit of 20% of your total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel, half of your deposit is refundable 30 days or more prior to arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Summer Cancellation Policy (May - October)An advanced deposit of 20% of your total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel, half your deposit is non-refundable outside of 14 days to arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
Guests staying at the White Water Inn, cancelations outside of 72 hrs, half the deposit is non-refundable. Within 72 hrs 100% is non-refundable. -
With Travel Protection the lodging reservation cancellation fee is waived, and a credit will be issued that can be used toward a new booking with Big Sky Resort Central Reservations anytime in the following 12 months from the original reservation date.
