Pass Rollover

If for any reason a passholder decides they don’t want to use a purchased season pass, they can roll over value of their purchased pass toward a season pass for the next year. Passholders must notify Big Sky Resort by opening day of the current season in order to roll over their pass.

Please check back in June 2023 for 2023-24 pass rollover credit requests.

Passholders who have not used their pass and would like to roll it over as a credit to use for the next season must submit a request before opening day of the current season. To roll over a pass credit for the 2023-24 season to the 2024-25 season, that request must be made by November 23, 2023.

To redeem your credit, please see our instructions page. Note that 2022-23 rollover credits must be used towards the purchase of a 2023-24 pass by November 1, 2023.

All Big Sky Resort season pass products purchased are eligible, as are Twin Tips Tickets. Promotional products, lift tickets, community business passes, and employee passes are not eligible for this program.

No, deferred pass values are non-transferable and may be used for the original passholder only.

Your Ikon Base Pass value cannot be rolled over, but the remainder value of your Gold + Ikon Base pass can be used as a credit for the next season. The rollover credit amount will be the same as the regular Gold pass of the same age category at the time of purchase.
