Housekeeping service is offered daily.

Our housekeeping department will deliver fresh towels, make beds, place dishes in the dishwasher, and remove the trash. Contact the Front Desk (ext. 8002) to arrange for additional services, such as rollaways & cribs.

Shipping & Mail

U.S. postage drop available at the Front Desk. Postal service picks up at 11 AM, Monday-Friday. Big Sky Resort is pleased to work with Ship Skis for all your ski and golf club shipping needs. Use computers in the Summit Hotel lobby to create shipping labels. Once your package is ready to go, drop it off at the Front Desk or contact a Bellman. UPS and FedEx can be arranged if you provide your own label.

Vending is located next to ice machines; ice is located next to guest laundry on the second floor.

Fire Emergency Procedure 

In the event of a fire emergency, please follow the evacuation plan posted on the back of your room door.

The Summit Hotel is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire suppression and warning system. Trained professionals monitor the control panels for these systems 24 hours a day. If there is a fire emergency in your room, evacuate the room and notify the Front Desk. If you have any questions regarding fire emergency procedures, please contact Security by dialing 5827.

Power Outage Procedure 

If you should experience a power failure, please call the Front Desk. The resort owns and operates backup generators, and lighting will be sufficient in the hallways and stairways if the building must be evacuated. If you have any questions or concerns regarding power outages, please contact Security at ext. 5827.
